Aimee Carter Joins the Alliance for Health Policy as Vice President of Development and Engagement

Washington, D.C. – The Alliance for Health Policy is pleased to announce the appointment of Aimee Carter as the organization’s new vice president of development and engagement. In this role, Ms. Carter will enable the Alliance to develop meaningful, multi-stakeholder relationships across industries that will position the organization well to deliver on its far-reaching vision of a better health system brought about by a balanced exchange of evidence, experience, and multiple perspectives.
“Aimee’s depth of knowledge and experience adds invaluable capacity and expertise to our team as we mark thirty years of service to the health policy community,” said Sarah Dash, Alliance president and CEO. “In her role, Aimee will lead our efforts to build on our sustainable financial foundation, ensuring we are able to pursue our mission and serve our diverse audiences for decades to come”.
Most recently, Ms. Carter served as vice president of membership at the Business Roundtable, where she led the organization’s broad membership activities, including recruitment and corporate member engagement. Previously, Ms. Carter was the vice president of AARP International, where she oversaw initiatives to position the organization as a global thought leader in aging.
