The Alliance for Health Reform held a webinar that gave you the latest on a flurry of state legislation to allow nurses, nurse practitioners and other medical providers to do more to care for patients.

Speakers:

  • Kavita Patel, managing director for clinical transformation and delivery at the Engelberg Center for Health Care Reform at the Brookings Institution, and a former Obama administration official
  • Geraldine “Polly” Bednash, executive director of the American Association of Colleges of Nursing
  • Reid Blackwelder, a Tennessee family physician and president-elect of the American Academy of Family Physicians
